By purchasing or accepting membership in Lox & Loaded Shooting Club (“Lox & Loaded,” “we,” “us,” or “our), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern participation in Lox & Loaded activities, events, programs, and use of any associated services, platforms, or facilities.
Membership indicates your agreement to abide by all rules, policies, and safety requirements established by Lox & Loaded.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who:- Are legally permitted to possess firearms under federal, state, and local laws
- Agree to follow all applicable laws regarding firearms and range safety
- Agree to abide by all Lox & Loaded policies and community guidelines
2. Membership Conduct & Community Standards
Lox & Loaded is a community focused on training, responsibility, and preparedness. Members agree to:- Conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner
- Follow all instructions provided by range staff, instructors, or chapter leadership
- Comply with all firearm safety protocols
- Treat other members with respect, regardless of experience level
- Unsafe firearm handling
- Violating range rules
- Harassment or threatening behavior
- Illegal conduct
- Misrepresentation of membership
- Actions that damage the reputation of Lox & Loaded or its members
3. Safety Requirements
Safety is the highest priority of Lox & Loaded. Members must:- Follow the Four Fundamental Rules of Firearm Safety
- Comply with all range rules and instructor guidance
- Use only authorized equipment and ammunition permitted by the host range
- Maintain control of their firearm at all times
- Immediately report unsafe behavior
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in shooting sports and firearms training involves inherent risks including injury, property damage, or death. By participating in any Lox & Loaded event, program, or activity, members acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily. Members agree they are participating at their own risk and understand the nature of firearm-related activities.5. Release of Liability
By becoming a member, you agree to the Lox & Loaded General Release of Liability, which includes:- Release of Lox & Loaded, its officers, volunteers, instructors, chapter leaders, partners, venues, and affiliates from liability
- Agreement not to hold Lox & Loaded responsible for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in club activities
- Agreement to assume full responsibility for personal actions and equipment
- Range events
- Training sessions
- Community meetups
- Competitions
- Travel to and from Lox & Loaded events
- Online or in-person programs
6. Membership Fees & Refund Policy
Membership fees are used to support Lox & Loaded operations, event coordination, training opportunities, and community programming.- All membership purchases are final.
- No refunds will be issued for membership fees
- No refunds will be issued for missed events
- Memberships are non-transferable
7. Event Participation
Participation in Lox & Loaded events may require:- Additional range fees
- Event registration
- Waivers required by host ranges or venues
8. Photography & Media Release
Members acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken at events for promotional or community purposes. By attending Lox & Loaded activities, members grant Lox & Loaded permission to use images or recordings for:- Website content
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Community promotion
9. Membership Suspension or Termination
Lox & Loaded reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for:- Violation of these Terms
- Unsafe conduct
- Disruptive or harmful behavior
- Failure to follow safety rules
- Illegal activity
- Actions that harm the Lox & Loaded community
10. Chapter Participation
Local chapters operate under the Lox & Loaded network and may have additional event procedures.- Members agree to respect:
- Chapter leadership
- Range hosts
- Event-specific guidelines
